Why the verdict in Ayodhya's Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute case and result is under ayodhya,s ram
The Supreme Court is going to pronounce its verdict today in the Ayodhya case, one of the most sensitive and popular cases in the country. In the last 5 centuries, the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid case has played an important role in determining the state and direction of the society along with the politics of the country. As the judgment day draws to a close, all kinds of doubts and apprehensions are being born. From Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Muslim Maulana, people are appealing for restraint. Security has been tightened in all the states of the country.
The Supreme Court is going to give its verdict in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid case of Ayodhya, possibly the most talked about and disputed in the country today (Saturday, November 9) at 10.30 am. After completing the hearing of the case, the country's top court reserved its decision. Since then, it was speculated that a decision will come in this case before the Chief Justice of Justice Ranjan Gogoi retires. Justice Gogoi retires on 17 November.
Although the court can sit on any day, hear the case and give its verdict, but still it is Sunday, November 17 and in such a large number of cases, the decision does not come on a holiday. Also, on the day the judges are retiring, decisions are not usually pronounced in big cases. Earlier, on 16 November, Saturday is also a holiday. In such a situation, the last working day of Justice Ranjan Gogoi is falling on 15 November. This led to the inference that the verdict of the Ayodhya case was headed by Justice Gogoi.
But, there was also a screw in it. Normally, if a court announces a verdict, then the next day, the plaintiff or one of the defendants pleads to the court to take this decision once again by taking refuge in the court. It also takes one or two days. In the case of the verdict in this case on November 14-15, it would have slipped one or two days again to November 16-17. Despite this, neither the court nor the government, from either side, indicated that the verdict in the Ayodhya case could come before November 14-15.
Then suddenly, on Friday night, information comes that the verdict on the Ayodhya case will be pronounced at 10.30 am on Saturday. It is believed that this sudden announcement is part of this deliberate strategy that anti-social elements could not get a chance to prepare for any kind of crime in this very sensitive, emotional and faith-related matter. And, that's why it was announced on Friday night that after a night's cut, it would be decided on Saturday morning, as well as a verdict in the case.
Earlier, complete preparations were made for peace in Uttar Pradesh, the country and the state of Ayodhya. The state and central government completed the security system. The Chief Justice also met the acting Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Rajendra Tiwari and Director General of Police OP Singh to get information about the security system of the state before announcing the time of Ayodhya verdict.

In such a situation, people here are beginning to complete their preparations. Some people have started collecting food and other necessities of the house. At the same time, some women and children are engaged in sending them to safe places. On the other hand, the administration is fully alert and does not want to leave any stone unturned to maintain security and peace throughout Ayodhya.
The team has been formed under the supervision of IG Cybercrime at UP DGP headquarters to keep a close watch on social media and mischievous elements. 12 to 14 sub-inspectors have been placed in the state-level team. These fake IDs will identify those who send inflammatory messages and the police will reach such people through IP address. These include Meerut, Agra, Aligarh, Rampur, Bareilly, Firozabad, Kanpur, Gonda, Lucknow, Shahjahanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Bulandshahar and Azamgarh. There is also news that terrorists can enter Ayodhya by wearing saffron clothes to make it easier for them to mingle with real devotees.
Following this intelligence, the police has increased the vigil at the hotel, Dharamshala, bus stand and railway stations. Meanwhile, Maulana Syed Arshad Madani, president of Jamayat Ulema-e-Hind, appealed to the Supreme Court to accept the verdict and maintain peace. Krishna Gopal, Ramlal and Indresh Kumar, who are associated with the Sangh, also held a meeting with the officials of the India Islamic Center and an appeal was made to accept whatever the Supreme Court's ruling on the Ram temple would be. The decision is not to be taken as a win or win.
However, the atmosphere of concern is still there. In October, the Muslim community held a meeting at the house of another party in the dispute, Haji Mahboob, to discuss their concerns. There was talk that when the High Court's decision came in 2010, there were strong security arrangements. If this time the same arrangements are made then everything will be fine but there is still fear among the people. Some are not yet forgotten in 1992.
